Norcross, GA (June 20) – Blueprint RF announces the launch of a revolutionary and propriety Network Operations Center (NOC) technology platform designed to accelerate network issues response times and successful resolution, no matter how large or small the issue.

Drawing from Blueprint RF’s broad data storage and analytics architecture, Help Desk agents now actively leverage a broad suite of new, propriety software tools to enhance technician productivity and speed to resolution.

The new NOC Dashboard will be unveiled to the industry and demonstrated for the first time during HITEC at the Blueprint RF booth #1907.

The NOC Dashboard platform is uniquely designed to optimize guest network performance and improve network uptime by reducing the number of action steps to affect change quickly. This includes actionable views of hotel guest scores, ticketing trends, one-touch MAC address advances, one-touch circuit capacity testing, switch and access point density details, guest signal strength, firmware/software versions and much more, all from a single panel. The underlying analytics platform also continually learns as more action steps are recorded within the system. Continuous learning guides better decision-making and improves network uptime.

Blueprint RF’s NOC Dashboard is designed to produce faster support response by organizing and optimizing agents’ views and applications. In addition, the breadth of the platform promotes more consistent decision-making and action steps across the entire support organization. The platform automatically trends all individual decision steps to continually update and expand the underlying analytics engine, improving and refining future decisions and actions.
